The weighing data of quantitative packaging scale is inaccurate and fluctuates greatly, which may be caused by the following problems:
(1) Air hose or cable and weighing bucket collide, eliminate collision factors, fixed.
(2) If the weighing sensor does not work normally, check the cause and eliminate it. If it is damaged, replace it.
(3) If the soft connection is too tight, adjust it again.
(4) Limit contact with the sensor, adjust limit to a reasonable gap.
Weighing display controller is not zero after startup
(1) Press the reset key, if it can be cleared, put into operation.
(2) If it cannot be cleared by pressing the button, the reason may be that the zero deviation of the weighing sensor is too large, and a new scale is needed. If it still cannot be solved, the weighing fault shall be processed.
